opened up the door to our friend's car and started scaring them.

today = beautiful.

i blasted hello, good friend

by the one and only bryce avary

on my way back from class today.

windows down, tunes blasting and sun shining.

it's amazing what good music can do.

oh and i smiled a lot.

today is going to be a great day.

mhmm.

three cheers for liquid aluminum.

i may or may not have told you, but last week, carlos got sick.

his check engine light came on and, like any good mother, i panicked.

i took him to a shop down here in provo on monday.

they told me his head gasket was blown

and it would be around $1300 to replace it or $4500 for a new engine.

i cried.

there was no way i had enough money for that.

i called my papa and he told me to bring carlos to our family mechanic.

so that's exactly what i did.

i took carlos to the doctor to get fixed and i got to relax at home for eight hours.

i had some delicious homemade guacamole

and took a {much needed} two hour nap in the hammock.

there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

it was perfect.

bill, the mechanic called.

i was two-gallons low on coolant in my three-gallon tank.

so they filled 'er up.

they also put some liquid aluminum product in carlos to patch up the problems.

they were able to nip it right in the bud.

and guess how much it cost me?

ninety-seven smackaroos.

that's what's up.

i hope your tuesday was equally golden.

oh!  and if any of you run into car troubles in the near future {which i hope you don't} call stagg automotive in bountiful, but only if you want a mechanic you can trust.

I slept last night.

From 8:00 pm to 7:15 this morning.

Can I please tell you what made today so wonderful?

1. I woke up at ten o'clock in the morning
2. I chased a piece of toast down with some V8 fusion
3. The sun was shining on the snow outside
4. My parents were in the living room & we has a lil' chat post-toast
5. I took waaaaay too long to get ready
6. Whilst getting ready I rocked out to: The Beatles, The Ramones, Boston, and The Smiths
7. I spent a total of 1.47 hours belting music today {mostly The Beatles with one CAKE song thrown in}
8. I paid a visit to my favorite Deseret Industries today
9. Khyrie, James, and I left our mark on Khol's and Target
10. Ashley and I took disgusting pictures of our faces

a) I laughed a lot with my family
b) After watching The Bucket List with my family, we just sat there and talked
c) Mami tried to "steal" my phone at least 13 times and failed everytime but one
d) I bought a glue gun
e) I made a headband I am proud of
f) Ashley and I finished a 100 piece puzzle of the 50 states in 7.24 minutes
g) I listened to fun.'s latest/first album
h) Mom put the big comforter on my bed and it's keeping me warm/makes me feel like a rich kid
i) I don't have to worry about school for a few weeks
j) I found out I had a new follower {this message is for you: it made me feel cool that someone cool like you would choose to follow this not-cool-enough-to-be-followed-by-you blog. you rhock.}

I laughed a lot today.

I like making lists.
It was a good day.
