judie girl's birthday was spent at home.
quiet. happy. simple.
jude wore one of her fancy christmas dresses
while cory and i took a more casual route with sweats and spandex.
ezra was the perfect party baby and slept the whole time.
she cried when we turned out the light and sang 'happy birthday'
and was too scared of her candle to blow it out.
she took a no-hands-face-first approach to her cake
and looked like the lorax when she came up for air.
it was such a perfect day.
it was exactly what the three of us needed
after a hectic few weeks.
