yesterday was a good day.

somehow,
after picking up my new spectacles,
and eating free sausage and brownies
at costco,
we ended up in a best buy parking lot.

homeboy just got a rewards gift card
and i knew halo 4 and tablet lusting
were at the top of the list.

since i had a feeling we'd be there forever,
i headed straight for the games.
within fifteen seconds, donkey kong was swallowed by a giant wave
and i knew it was time to call it quits.

i looked up from my video game fail to find cory studying the dvd's.
as i walked up to him,
about to ask when we could leave,
he turned toward me.
in his hands he held the most beautiful thing i have ever seen.
behold....
right?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!
he's just kewl/gr8/mmm like that.
i almost died from happiness.
i can't wait to watch it.
three hours of pure, heart wrenching, ugly crying magic.

he's never seen it* before.
i hope he doesn't judge me for being so dramatic**.
but, like...how can you not be?
if you don't cry at least once during this movie,
you don't have a soul.
then again....

*it = titanic not the ugly cry.
he's seen my ugly cry a few times...poor kid...
it's a face you just can't erase.

**by "so dramatic" i mean more dramatic than i already am.
which is already ridiculously dramatic.

Am I a creep because I'm commenting so soon? Oh well...

Titanic gives me panic attacks. I cannot watch it. I have a fear of cruise ships that sends me shake, sweat, twitch, etc. etc. It's not pretty.

Or maybe I can't watch it because I can't stand the thought of Leo's beautiful head of hair sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

Enjoy! :)

Titanic annoys me. It takes them forever to get out, and him forever to die.
I'm so heartless.. But the food in the ballroom looks good.

So Alissa will not be going on a cruise withe me anytime soon.

I saw that it was coming out on DVD, and I thought of you.

Oh happy day, probably happier then your wedding day. "I'll never let go, Jack." yeah, right.. she let his frozen hand go, I've been mad EVER SINCE.

I saw Titanic for the first time with the worship leader at our church! Yeah, naked Kate Winslet with our worship leader? NOT AWKWARD AT ALL.

I saw Titanic for the first time in April. In 3D. With Carly Van Tussenbrook. I'm glad I did, but I was stressed out the entire time. And I did cry. But in the end, I was just mad that Rose hogged the whole board & that they kept going up and down and back into flooded areas and out of flooded areas and in and out of the boat for an hour and a half longer than they needed to. Oops. Don't hate me.
