so here's the story from a to z.

wake up.

shower. contacts in. phone goes 'beep.'

email.

eight am class is cancelled.

brush hair. crawl in bed. sleep/sleep/sleep.

wake up.

straighten hair. put face on. eat oatmeal.

work.

outlook is down. restart computer. blogstalk.

walk to campus.

class is cancelled  because of scheduling.

head to next class to study.

get stopped mid-step and help spanish grad students practice their interviews.

sit my bootie down.

eat lunch. watch glee. do a little h-dub.

class.

assignment i thought i'd have to turn in late was extended to today.

ca-ching.

man i miss these ladies. 

skanky lips.

tonight i left my house wearing red lipstick.

my mom looked at me and said

"this isn't my brissa, with the red lips."

i think i just got disowned.

please note the smile i use to hide my tears. 

i would like to add that i have been wearing these "skanky lips" {as my sister likes to call them}

since the end of summer.

i have no idea why it came as a "sudden shock."  

let's hope she takes me back.  

the rundown

recently i have begun re-watching laguna beach season one.  what a waste of my life!  i think i'm going to stop watching because it's so dumb and i'll probably start talking like them and i just can't handle the horrible fashion that existed in 2004.  but here are some the thoughts i had while watching:

1. kristin and her giant platform sandals = puke worthy.

2. everyone looks so young!

3. nobody looks good in giant flair pants.

4. they spent so much money!

5. their parents actually let a bunch of high school kids vacation in cabo?!

6. i'm so happy lauren dresses better now.

7. lo looks like a baby in a jean skirt and pearls.

8. soo much drama.

9. what a bunch of potty mouths!

10. do they get busy in their parents house?!?! aaawkward!

11. i wonder how many std's those kids have after hooking up with everyone.

12. haha flip phones.  remember when those were all the rage?

13. did lauren ever do her hair?

14. kristin is constantly wearing a choker...{ew}

15. why are they always eating?!

16. kristin is a brat. if i were her mother i'd backhand her.

17. i wonder if it was awkward for the kids & their parents to see the episodes..

18. are they always getting pedicures?

19. this show is dumb.

well those are my thoughts. sorry if you feel you just wasted your life reading this, but that's how i feel after watching it.  aanywaaay...wow i feel semi-awkward now. this is weird.
